Amit said “In case of financial emergency, you could sell one apartment and second one will be there for you. You can get rental income for rest of your life too”
I nodded and said “That’s good advice Amit”
Amit said “Buy a cheap small car which would give you high mileage. You don’t need big cars in cities”
I said “Yes I agree”
Amit said “Neha. You want to know why I brought you here?”
I said “To show me this apartment”
Amit said “Yes but I brought you here to make you think about this seriously. If you just want to earn quick cash, that’s also fine. I will not force you but if you want to prosper, you have to be serious dear”
I said “What are you saying Amit?”
Amit said “You should regularly take deals every month and earn good income. You should be willing to do bold things. You must stay in this business long. If you stop in the middle, you will screw up everything since you are paying huge amounts in installments”
I said “Amit, what about taxes?”
Amit said “You must pay taxes my dear but you can pay much lower tax rate if you meet my auditor. He can maximize your earnings”

I said “I’m in” and smiled at him.

Amit said “I know guys at Honda showroom dear. They will give you good deal and good commission for me”
I smiled and said “Ok let’s go”
We got out of the apartment and into the car. He started driving. He put some music, I kept humming to the songs throughout.
We got into the city and he stopped at Honda showroom.
We got into the showroom. We check the cars there. After searching all the cars, I liked Honda Amaze. It looked balanced. Not too expensive, not too cheap.
Amit also liked it.
