After dropping Priya off at her house next door, Donna and I showered and crawled into bed, I laid there, wide awake for a while looking at the ceiling. It occurred to me that I had forgotten to remove Jacob’s surveillance camera from the ceiling fan. I glanced up at it as I thought, ‘Oh well, fuck it. I’ll get it tomorrow’.
