Now, what should I do? What will be my fate?
If I proceed forward with my current life, I cannot become pregnant after five years.
If I don’t proceed forward, I have to return back to normal life.
I have to get into good relationship with someone, marry them and then become pregnant and then have kids. Giving birth is hard. Financially it is will be a big burden. I will lose my PA job if I stop sleeping with kumar sir and ashok sir.
Where can I find my future husband who is ok with my current life?. Whom should I marry? How can I do that in two years of time? How can I find another good paying job? How can I pay my EMIs and bills?
All these thoughts made me so nervous. My eyes started to blackout. My heart started beating very very fast. I started feeling uncomfortable. My head started spinning. My stomach started getting upset. I became very weak. I felt extreme stress in my mind. I think I am having a panic attack. I lost my balance and fell down from the chair. I fell on the floor. My eyes are getting closed.
“Neha…Nehaaaaa……” shouted the doctor from behind. I could hear her voice.
I fell of the floor. I started losing consciousness. I am feeling dizzy. I don’t know what’s happening anymore…………slowly…….…my eyes got completely closed. Everything blacked out…..I slowly lost my consciousness.

AFTER FEW HOURS ON THE SAME DAY
Amit and I left the hospital and are now in Rahul’s house. Amit said that I need to install the app he mentioned earlier.
I asked him “Why?”
He said he set a deal for me today evening but client wants to confirm only after seeing few pics of mine.
I said “What?”
He said “A Deal my dear……”
I asked “How much?”
He replied “I will not tell you anything”
I asked him “Please Amit”
He said “You are violating our agreement”
I kept a sad face.
He continued “You look very cute when you keep a face like that but I am not going to melt like your boyfriend does”
I maintained silence
He said “Fine. I will cancel the deal if you don’t want”
I said “Amit……please”
He said “Then don’t ask”
I stayed silent
Amit took my phone and installed the app on my phone. He said it won’t be available in play store. After installing the app, he configured some stuff. Finally he created a group chat with client.
He sent few finished pics from computer to my phone and his phone in encrypted format. He tried to send my pics to the group chat. I got a notification asking for my approval. I pressed ok.
Pics went to the client.
After few seconds, Client sent a string of numbers.
Amit said these string of numbers indicate GPS location, time and place.
Deal is today evening at 6:30PM in a street address.
Amit said “This deal will be very much different from earlier ones”
I was surprised and asked “Why?”
He said “It’s a secret……as per agreed terms……..please don’t screw it up…..”
I said “Why would I screw it up?”
He said “because this deal is different from previous ones”
We slowly had lunch, we watched cricket match for few hours. Finally, Amit said “Its time”
I got excited about the deal. It’s been 3-4 days since I got wet down there. I am actually feeling very horny.
