I replied “What?”
He replied “I said two deals minimum every month before. I will bring you more deals every month so that my income won’t reduce ok?”
I replied “or you can get me bigger deals as well. So that your cut will be big and will your income will remain same”
He replied “Yeah whatever”
I said “Ok?”
He replied “Thanks Neha dear”

He replied with a smiley.

He replied “Save this chat ok? I wanted this in writing so that there will be no disputes between us. Rahul will be the witness for this chat ok? He is my best friend and your boyfriend. “
I replied “ok but screenshots are the real witnesses at the end. I don’t know what will happen to the relationship between me and Rahul. We may break up. You said you also had a big fight with Rahul before. So, screenshots count at the end as witness ok?? Rahul will be extra witness”
He replied “Hmmmm……ok. That’s good thinking”
He continued “Since….I am with you long term and decreased my commission a lot. Any future deals in lands or plots or flats or houses or villas you want, you should use me as mediator”
I said “What if you don’t know about how to deal with them?”
He replied “You must give me first preference. If I say no to you, then only you should go to others”
I said “Fair enough but I will offer you standard commission”
He said “fair enough dear”
He also replied “You should also recommend to your friends if they are taking any deals in real estate”

I replied “What is it?”
He replied “I will not tell you details of the deals until the last minute and you should not ask me about it”
I replied “That’s not fair Amit”
He replied “Come on Neha dear……..this last condition is very important” and smiled at me.
I replied “hmmmmm…..ok…..fine….but no more conditions”

Our whatsapp chat ended there. We smiled at each other. In few minutes, we arrived at the bank.
First, we went to the bank and opened the account. As the company is big one, they have opened my platinum account on priority. Usually account opening takes couple of days at least. They said net banking will be activated later. Amit brought my cash which I left at his room earlier. I also brought my cash which kumar sir gave me. We deposited all the money it in my bank account. I also got my cheque book. He said company will disburse before month salary and this month salary once my appointment letter is finalized.
Amit said “I want first cheque from that book as my commission”
I wrote two cheques to him with 50% amount on each and asked him for time to clear the second cheque. He smiled and said its ok.
We both met the company’s representative at another office where we finalized my appointment letter. I submitted my ID proofs, relieving letter from my previous employer, recommendation letters etc. I also emailed them to the new company. They said they cannot give back-dated appointment later as I got relieving letter just before. They said I cannot work in two places at once in last month.
