I said “yeahh…..its too early to judge”
He said “exactly”
Meanwhile door bell rung. It’s Amit.
Amit said “Neha dear Let’s go”
I said “You can also tag along Rahul if you want to”
He smiled and said “I have some work to do Neha”
Amit said “He is going to spend all day masturbating to your photos”
I looked at Rahul with silly face.
Rahul said “Neha! Stop looking at me like that”
I said “What Amit said is true?”
He said “Well……”
I went near him and kissed him and told him in whispering voice “Rahul……..Wait until tonight ok?” and winked at him and hugging him. His face lightened up.
Amit said “Guys…..I am still standing here ok?”
I totally forgot about Amit and looked at him and laughed at him “Sorry Amit…..I forgot about you….”
We all laughed.
Amit asked me to bring the cash which I have with me. I brought the cash in my purse and we left the house.
I said bye to Rahul. He said bye to me.
In the car, Amit and I chatted in whatsapp.
Amit said “We are chatting because I want this in writing and also don’t want my driver to listen to all of this ok?”
I replied “ok”
He replied “Since your job is long term one. I want 30% commission on money you get after all tax deductions for next 3 years. After that I will charge only 20% commission for next 2 years. Total 5 years. I will not take cut in your bonuses”
I said “20% and 10% instead of 30% and 20%”
He replied “Fair enough Neha…..I was trying my luck. I will accept these percentages only If you stay in that job for next 5 years minimum and I will take 10% cut in your bonuses. If its anything less than 5 years, I want 30% and 20%”
He smiled at him and replied in chat “Fine. I accept”
He replied in chat “What about my apartment commission ?”
I replied “5% as you asked before”
He replied “7% dear. You got lot of discount on sale price. Hence, my commission also reduced”
I replied “I am taking two apartments, so 5% is fair enough for two”
He replied “lol”
I replied “it is fair Amit”
He replied “Neha dear”
I replied “Come on! If I take only one apartment you take 7% commission”
I replied “ok or not?”
He replied “fine”
He replied “You are getting lot of perks from the company. I didn’t ask commission for that.”
I replied “That’s so unfair Rahul. I offered so much to you already!”
He replied “I may ask you for flight tickets, hotel stays, etc. from time to time. I will not snatch them all away from you. Only sometimes ok?”
I said “I am ok only if you ask me two weeks in advance or else no”
He said “fair enough. Its fine to me”
I replied “Its fine to me too”
I continued in chat “Amit. 30% is too much in normal deals. I will give only 20%”
He replied “That’s unfair”
I replied “Amit. I agreed to give you part of my salary for next five years and also perks. I will there for next five years. Its long term relationship we need to maintain. So I am saying 20%” and kept a sad smiley.”
He replied “Neha…….please ok? You already agreed for 30%”
I replied “Rahul….I have many needs ok? I am not just paying EMIs. I should also save for future by investing. I need lot of money”
