He continued “Company will offer rent up to 50k, smartphone cost up to 20k, car purchase up to 3 lakhs, laptop up to 50k, driver salary up to 5k, fuel expenses up to 4k per month, hotel stay up to 12k per month, foreign trip up to Rs. 2 lakh per year or 2 domestic trips up to 1.5 lakh per year, travel expenses up to 15k per month, smartphone bill up to 2k, etc. all of that will add up to Rs. 1 lakh overall. ”
I asked “Sir, what if I cross those limits?”
He said “You have to pay from your own pocket Neha. Of course if it is a business trip and if it is important one, company will offer full reimbursement even you stay at 5 star hotel and take first class ticket in the plane. Other things will also be similar. If you are a technical person and buy an expensive laptop, company will give you full amount”
