Ashok held my hand and we went to the hall. He made me sit on sofa. Ashok sat on my left and Kumar sat on my right.
Kumar took a bag from the side of sofa and gave it to me and he sat again.
I didn’t understand anything.
Kumar said “Nisha……That was so much fun…..we enjoyed it more than expected”
Ashok continued “Yes Nisha……..We rarely get an opportunity to sleep with a cute beautiful woman like you” and he brushed my cheek while smiling.
Ashok kissed me on lips and said “Nisha……you look so lovely and cute. I would like to spend many more nights with you”
Ashok asked me to open the bag which was placed on the table. I opened the zip. There is an envelope on the top.
Kumar said “Nisha….open it”
I opened the envelope. I tried to see what’s inside. I opened the letter. Ashok took second copy from me.
Ashok said “I am officially appointing you as my PA. You will be working for my firm on my behalf. You will get Rs. 2 lakh salary every month and this job will be valid for 3 years which can be renewed on mutual understanding. I have right to terminate you anytime I wish to. The benefits you get include:
a) You will get a company’s car, company’s rented villa, high end Smartphone, high end laptop, health insurance.
b) Company itself will pay or reimburse your monthly electricity bill, water bill, Internet bill, smartphone bill, taxi expenses. You will also get corporate discount coupons every month which you can redeem online or shop outside. Company will even pay for the business meetings you have at 5 star restaurants. It will pay for hotel charges for up to 2 days each month for free if you ever travel outside.
c) You will also get yearly salary bonus. You will also get one foreign trip every year for up to 4 members or two vacation trips in India.
d) You will get a salary hike after 2 years.
e) You will get experience certificates, recommendation letters, provident fund, gratuity etc. when you quit the job.
f) A bank account will be opened for you and you will get platinum level account at the bank which will have many benefits”
My face brightened up like anything. I started smiling when he kept reading those things non-stop from those letters. I forgot what he even read. My head felt like spinning.
Kumar asked me to open the document folder inside. I opened it. It’s a sale deed.
Kumar started now “Amit said you wanted to buy two apartments. Those are loan documents from bank and a draft sale deed inside the folder. You have to pay 3 lakhs every month as EMI for 3 years. These are 4 bedroom apartments in exotic locations in the city. Market price is around 60 lakhs. I am giving them for you only around 45 lakhs”
Ashok continued “Villa which you are going to stay. Company will pay EMI for the Villa every month. If you stay in that job for 5 years, company will transfer the villa to your name as part of promotion or company will allocate you shares. If you quit job before 5 years, Villa will be on company’s name as company itself is paying EMIs every month“
After hearing to what they said. I got very excited. I know there will be a catch.
